McDonald's rented a three-storey premises in the building Półwiejska 2, being built on the site from the side of Wiosna Ludów Square in Poznań. It is to be the largest chain restaurant in the city.
The investor of the project Półwiejska 2 is Deptak projekt P2 sp. z o.o. The building is constructed at the intersection of Półwiejskiej and Krysiewicza Streets, in the downtown commercial district of Poznań. It will offer 9294 sq. m of lease area gross, 2731 sq. m of which, on the third and fourth floors, will be dedicated to offices, and 6563 sq. m on the floors -1, 0 and +1 will be used as commercial and service space. On the floors +2 and +3, there will be a car park. On 29 November 2013, the official ceremony of the start of construction works took place, whereas the building is to be put into use at the end of the first quarter of 2015.
The consulting company CBRE is responsible for the commercialisation of Półwiejska 2. Group LPP is the main tenant of the service and commercial space.
