Polish branch of Yamaha Motor takes up over 320 sq. m on the fourth floor in Batory Office Building II. In the same building, the capital group Platforma Mediowa Point Group has recently rented over 1200 sq. m, as we wrote last week. It will move into the building in March 2014. The office block, located on Aleje Jerozolimskie Street, is now rented in 100 per cent.

Batory Office Building II is a 6-storey office block with underground garage. The investment was completed in 2009 and offers 7800 sq. m of rentable office space. Batory Office Building I, another one of the buildings in the complex, was sold by Liebrecht & wooD in 2008.
