Budimex SA will occupy more than 6000 square meters of offices in the building at Stawki Street. During the transaction of lease extension Budimex was advised by DTZ Polska company.
The building Stawki 40 is located between Jana Pawła II and Okopowa streets. It offers over 10 000 sq. m. of office space for rent located on six floors. In the building Emmerson comopany has also its headquarters.
