In December 2013 and January 2014 two office properties joined the real estate holdings of Griffin Group: Nordic Park and Bliski Office Center. Thanks to these transactions, the fund is now the owner of eight office blocks.

Bliski Office Center, purchased by the Griffin Group in January this year, is located on Żurawiej 8 Street in Warsaw. The transaction was partly financed with the assistance of mBank Hipoteczny. The building offers 4880 sq. m of usable area, 4704 sq. m of which are the offices, and 177 sq. m are commercial spaces. Eurozet, the owner of Radio Zet, one of the largest radio stations in Poland, is among the tenants of the office block.
In December 2013, Griffin Group signed the agreement on the purchase of Nordic Park, located on Kruczkowskiego 8 Street in Warsaw. The building offers 8259 sq. m of usable area, including 8104 sq. m of office space. The transaction was financed in its entirety by the fund’s own resources.
The properties taken over by us significantly increase the business value and capital of Griffin Group. They are very attractive and modern buildings. They are located in the key business areas of the city, added Przemysław Krych.
Existing tenants will remain in the buildings taken over by the Griffin Group.
