In May, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals will move into the office space made in the second stage of the Poleczki Business Park complex. The international pharmaceutical company will take up 615 sq. m in C1 building.
Apart from Beckton Dickinson, Astellas Pharma Polska and USP Zdrowie, the company is yet another tenant from the medical sector. During transaction, the tenant was represented by the consulting company Colliers International.
In the last quarter of 2013, the complex gained three other tenants: Emcon Solutions (provider of IT solutions and services for companies), PID Polska (the world leader of the X-ray detectors sector in food sector) and Polmos SA (producer and exporter of pure vodkas and flavoured vodkas, wholesale and retail distributor of alcohol and other beverages). In total, the companies took up about 1000 sq. m of space.
Poleczki Business Park is made by UBM and CA Immo on Poleczki Street in Warsaw. Ultimately, it will consist of fifteen office and service buildings with car parks (including multi-storey car park). The project is the largest business park in Central Europe and it will offer the total of 210 000 sq. m of space. Currently, the preparations for the third construction stage are in progress.
The complex is constructed in accordance with the requirements for the ecological certificate LEED. The buildings constructed in the second stage received the Gold Core&Shell LEED certificate.
