Atlantic will occupy over 1000 sq. m of office area in Robyg Business Center structure which is located at the crossroads of Rzeczpospolita Avenue and Southern Bypass in Warsaw. The tenant will move into the building at the end of the first quarter of 2014.
The client was looking for a modern solution in the form of area which would enable the flexible arrangement of the office and its adjustment to activity conducted by our client – comments Małgorzata Fibakiewicz, Chairman of Tenant Representation Team in Office Area Department in BNP Paribas Real Estate company, which represented Atlantic company during the letting.
Robyg Business Center investment is being realized by Robyg Developer Group. A 3-floor structure with the total usable area amounting to over 8000 sq. m was built within the first stage of the project. The area of a typical floor totals 2860 sq. m. Moreover, there is office as well as commercial and service area in the building. Alma delicatessen and kindergarten run their activity on the ground floor of Robyg Business Center. The users may also benefit from a car park with 125 parking places. As a target, the complex will include two buildings with the total usable area of 35 000 sq. m.
