Progres HR moves to Alchemia

Progres HR offices will occupy more than 300 square meters area in the Aurum tower of multifunctional complex Alchemia. The agreement was signed for 10 years.

The transfer of our headquarters from Pruszcz Gdański to Gdańsk is a natural consequence of the continuous and dynamic development of our company. We realize more and more projects working with over 600 companies throughout the country. Our needs are also increased with respect to our own comfort, so we move to a modern space in Alchemia. This change is also important due to the corporate image. I believe it will help us to build awareness and expand into the European market - said Peter Zając, CEO of Progres HR.

Progres HR capital group functions for over 10 years. The company provides solutions for temporary and permanent recruitment, training and HR consulting. Last year, the company reached Top Ten of Temporary Employment Agency for the Polish market.

The new headquarters will be located on the seventh floor of the Aurum tower (the higher one of two towers of the project’s first stage). The official opening is scheduled for the first week of 2014.

Transfer of the company’s headquarters is an example of a visible relocation trend in the market. In Tri-City market we see a clear tendency to move from the old building, of class B  and C, often adapted only for office area, to a modern class A office area - says Maciej Brożek from Torus company - developer of Alchemia. It offers a much higher comfort and a wide range of additional services, it has also a better location. That kind of move is a real advantage for companies and large ennoblement for their employees. Optimization of space and significantly lower operating costs resulting from energy-efficiency solutions, despite appearances, it allows to maintain a similar level of overall occupancy costs.

The first stage of Alchemia development will offer 16 700 square meters of office area. In addition, more than 4500 square meters of area of will be occupied by the sports and leisure center including swimming pools, fitness room, gym, sports hall and climbing area. 550 square meters will be occupied by the restaurant with feature of daily canteen offering four cuisines of the world. Currently 50 percent of the complex area is commercialized, and before the opening (2nd January 2014) there is a plan to rent about 70-80 percent of the object. In the second stage, app. 21 000 square meters of offices and more than 2 600 square meters of service area will be available.
