BDO Sp. z o.o. is going to stay in Globis Wrocław at least till 2018. The office is owned by Globe Trade Center S.A. (GTC), a developer functioning on the area of the Central and Eastern Europe.
The tenant is one of the first international auditor companies in Poland. It services companies from „500 List” as well as statements of the largest Polish companies of Rzeczpospolita daily paper, financial institutions, companies listed on the stock exchange and investment funds.
The prolongation of the lease agreement with BDO Sp. z o.o. is a proof of the recognition of the partnership for the quality of offices built and managed by GTC. We are consequently aiming at enhancement of our high position on the office real estate market. Globis Wrocław office has jointly 14 500 sq. m of office area class A at their disposal. It is located in the very heart of Wrocław city center, at the crossroads of Powstańców Śląskich and Swobodna Streets. Globis Wrocław was commissioned in the second quarter of 2008. In the structure there are such applied solutions like opened windows, suspended ceilings and service points. Moreover, companies like Medicover, HP and Raiffeisen Bank have their headquarters in Globis Wrocław office.
