Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) signed an agreement with Provident S.A., which will stay in the Globis building in Wrocław for another 5 years.
Provident S.A. belongs to an international IPF Group, which is one of the main financial institutions of the Polish market and the leader on the cash loans market. The company rents 500 square meters of space in the office building in Wrocław. According to the agreement signed with GTC the tenant will stay in the building at least till 2018.
Signing the agreement prolonging the tenancy is a proof that Provident S.A. is satisfied with the quality of the offices built and managed by GTC. The trust bestowed upon us by the company is for us a source of satisfaction and proves the position GTC has on the office property market – says Jacek Wachowicz, Member of the Board and Director of Leasing and Sales at GTC S.A.
The Globis building is located in the centre of Wrocław. It provides its tenants with 14 500 suqare meters of A class office space. The office building was commissioned to use in 2008. It houses companies such as Medicover, HP and Raiffeisen Bank.
Globe Trade Centre was established in 1994 in Warszawa. At present it conducts projects in Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Russia, Slovakia and the Ukraine. The company operated in three property sectors: office buildings and parking lots, shopping and entertainment centres, and residential buildings. Altogether, GTC assets amount to 1.9 m euro.
