New office of the company will be located on Przyokopowej 33 street in Warsaw. Martela will move into 700 m2 of space in Wola Center complex, belonging to LC Corp.
Finland-established Martela company is a leader among producers of office furniture, and is the first on the market in relation to sales. The company is a part of The Polish Chamber of Commerce of Furniture Manufacturers.
Warsaw office of the company will be responsible for activities in Poland and Central Europe. It will also be a centre of cooperation with architects and designers. Near the building entrance there will be a showroom, presenting modern solutions connected to designing office space. Additionally, the new tenant will provide furniture for the building's lobby.
Wola Center complex consist of four interconnected buildings with total lease space about 31,000 m2. What distinguishes Wola Center from other office objects in Warsaw is, besides localisation, its unique, modern, and at the same time user-friendly architecture, possibility of creating large, bright spaces and recreation zone, including a patio over 1000 m2 big, which will be a meeting and event place. Additional conveniences for the tenants are, among other things, a conference centre, restaurant, café, bank, kindergarten, hairdresser and a top fashion salon - Michał Lis, Senior Consultant in Office Agency, Jones Lang LaSalle, the company responsible for commercialisation of the complex.
The design of the complex was made in APA Kuryłowicz & Associates studio. The companies will move into the building in September 2013. The object is already leased in 9%, and its tenants include companies from Getin Holding S.A. Group - Getin Noble Bank, Idea Bank, Home Broker and Open Finance.
