A producer of coffee brands Prima and Douwe Egberts will move into 900 m2 of space in the complex, located on Taśmowa 7 street in Warsaw. A priority for the company was to find a place wich will allow for the further expansion, near important junctions and the airport.

The owner of Marynarska Business Park is Heitman company, working on behalf of Heitman European Property Partners IV. We are happy that Prima Poland has decided to move its headquarters from Poznań to Marynarska Business Park complex. The most important criterion while choosing the localisation was providing modern and effective office space quickly, in a high-class building with a good access to city transportation. The complex was finished in summer 2008. It consists of four buildings, offering in total 43,000 m2. Such companies as Netia, P4, Colgate Palmolive and Ford have their offices in the object.
