The last of the three buildings forming Green Office complex, building C, has been completely leased. The main tenant, having 4,700 m2 of space is the company UBS Service Centre Poland Sp. z o.o. Over 4,000 m2 has been leased by Motorola Solutions System Sp. z o.o. In the building there is also company CC Poland with 500 m2 and CRIF Sp. z o.o. with about 250 m2. On the ground floor of the building there is a press stall Krakpress.
Building C offers 10,000 m2 of office space for lease, with storeys arranged in open-space system. There are also assigned conference rooms at the disposal of the tenants. On the ground floor there is, among others, a aforementioned press stall and a restaurant. The office building was realised in the 3rd stage of the Green Office complex and it was opened for use in July 2012.
First two stages of Green Office include buildings A and B, having total space of 11,300 m2. The tenant of the both buildings is Motorola Polska Solutions Sp. z o.o.
The complex is located on Czerwone Maki street in Kraków. It is located in a Special Economic Zone, near the campus of Jagiellonian University and many business institutions. Total area of all the buildings amounts to 21,300 m2. The architectonic design was made by a Kraków studio UCEES.
Investor of the complex is Grupa Buma, actively working in Lesser Poland’s capital. The company has in its portfolio such office investments as Quattro Business Park, Rondo Business Park, Onyx and Buma Square Business Park.
