ZT Kruszwica has its sales and marketing department located on 700 m2 in Zephirus building in Warsaw Okęcie Business Park. Company signed their prolonged lease contract together with Globe Trade Centre S.A., the owner of the complex.
Zephirus office building was finished in 2009. It offers 9,128 m2 of space for lease and it is one of the three usable buildings in the Okęcie Business Park complex, located near Warsaw Chopin Airport. The other two buildings are called Nothus and Corius and are very popular with tenants who are looking for places outside city centre. The complex has very good communication with other parts of Warsaw.
Tenants of Zephirus include such companies as Novo Nordisk Pharma, Avon, PPL, Straż Graniczna, Raiffeisen Bank and Pandora Jewelry. Thanks to their presence, all the building’s free space has been rented.
The complex is located on 17 Stycznia street. In prospect it will offer 60,000 m2 of space in six buildings. The next building to join ones already existing will be Solano.
APA Kuryłowicz & Associates company is responsible for the architectonic design of Okęcie Business Park. Modern energy saving and environmentally-friendly solutions have been used. It was confirmed in July 2012, when Corius building was awarded with Gold level of LEED.
