Accenture is an international company working in the consulting, modern technology and outsourcing fields. It decided to rent 1,150 m2 of the office space in Cracow Jasnogórska 11 building. During transaction, the tenant was supported by CBRE company, a real estate company advisor.
The building is located on Jasnogórska 11, near Rondo Ofiar Katynia. Its proprietor is MIX Jasnogórska Sp. z o.o. The building offers total space of 8,400 m2, of which 7,900 m2 is devoted to office space and 500 m2 to commercial space. Tenants can additionally use up to 250 ground parking spaces.

MIX Jasnogórska Sp. z o.o. is a part of MIX Biura Sp. z o.o. (formerly MIX-NIERUCHOMOŚCI Sp. z o.o.). It was established in 1997 and currently owns six commercial buildings. They are office, commercial and service spaces, located on Wadowicka 8a, Halicka 9, Łagiewnicka 33a and Wielicka 72 (seat of MIX Biura) streets. The company also owns recently finished Jasnogórska 11 building and an undeveloped real estate on Jasnogórska 9 street in Cracow. The company capital will allow building 24,000 m2 of commercial space.
