Dago Centrum, Asec, Teletrade and Best Flights will join the circle of tenants in Warsaw Trade Tower. The extensions of lease agreements were signed by Avanssur, Inter Partner Assistance, X-Press Couriers and international company for the financial sector. The building owner, AISEE II fund, for which Hetman International provides services of Asset Management, represented Jones Lang LaSalle during the transaction.
The building is located at ul. Chłdona 51, in Wola district. It is one of the highest office buildings in Middle-East Europe region and has 208 meters of height. The building offer 45 000 sqm of rental space. The guests may use a free parking, located at the building entrance, which is crucial especially when the parking fees in this region of the city were established.
The facility holds such tenants as AXA, KPMG or Mattel. One of the new tenants is Dago Centrum Tower, Polish company offering a rent for small offices, conference halls on so-called instant office basis.

Asec – the supply leader and the contactless inteligent card system's producer, Teletrade – the company operating in service sector related to Forex market, and Best Flights – which sales flight tickets became additional tenants. The amount of all eight rental transaction is 8 457 sqm.
