Germany-originated company, which is producing the electric engines and transmissions, plans to open new location in Lublin. The surface lease transation, in the Wikana Business Park, was coordinated by Cushman &Wakefield.

About 60 acres on vacant land is generated within the Lublin economic, SSE EURO-PARK Mielec subarea. We have been consequently increasing the expenditures for the infrastructural investments, which should attract more investors, said Krzysztof Żuk, PhD., the President of Lublin.
ABM Greiffenberger plans to hire about 120 individuals. The new branch will be open by the end of 2013. In Lublin, the company will integrate services, which earlier had been provided by the external subjects, with its own value chain. The company will also assign the production of the selected production processes and the electric engines set-up, which up until now has been produced in the Plauen branch.

The construction of Wikana Business Park complex has started last year. It will include the logistic park and the office center of the total surface of 28 000 sqm. Wikana Business Park will adhere to the rules of balanced construction, sated Robert Gajor, Wikana Invest Director, Sp. z o.o.
The complex is located in SSE EURO-Park Mielec, in the Mielec subarea. The main factor which attracts the investors to Lublin is well-developed scientific area and the proximity of the newly-built Świdnik airport,said Marek Skrzydlak, the industrial and storage expert of Cushman &Wakefield.
