The moving will start in July and will finish in September. Centrum Likwidacji Szkód Regionu Północnego, regional Underwriting branch and the insurance company will move to the office building at ul. Grunwaldzka. Allianz occupys the whole sixth floor of the Olivia Tower building. About 120 employees will be working in the new location.
Allianz will joing a new tenant's circle such as American Bureau of Shipping, Bayer Sercice Center Gdańsk, Energy Group, Maritum Bank, Noble Bank, Open Finance, PKO BP, PwC, Starbucks, Sii, TaxCare or T-Mobile.
Oliva Business Center will additionally offer about 120 000 sqm of surface. Currently it consists of three buildings: Olivia Gate, Oliva Tower and Oliva Point. The first of them was commissioned in December of 2011, the rest of them at the end of 2012. The construction of the forth building has recently started, in Olivia Four complex. The construction will be finished in March of 2014, which will enrich the Tricity for additional 12 500 sqm of surface.
