Closed-end property fund Investec DLL Global Special Opportunities Real Estate Fund FCP has announced the sale of a metropolitan office building Marynarska Business Point. Colliers International has been assisting the seller as its exclusive real estate agent. The transaction's worth is estaimated at around 38 million Euro. The buyer is an institutional fund SEB Europe REI.
Located in Mokotów industrial parts, Marynarska Point 1 is a structure with a total lease area of 13 200 sqm. The building is 100% rented out. Among its leaseholders are international companies from consulting, insurance, engineering, and banking industries, i.a. : Generali, AC Nielsen, ILF Consulting Engineers and Bank BZ WBK
In september 2009, the European Commission awarded Marynarska with EU "GreenBuilding" certificate. It was the second EU certificated recieved by an office building executed by Skanska Porperty Poland.
