Holland Park is already the fourth project in Kulczyk's Silverstein Properties portfolio located in Warsaw. The building's seller was the fund managed by CBRE Global Investors.
The office building offers over 10 400 sq m of office space and 1 400 sq m of commercial space. Tenants will benefit from 106 parking spaces on an overground and underground car park. Holland Park is leased in 100%, mainly by ING Bank and its subsidiaries which occupy 81% of space. The headquarters of companies Bausch&Lomb, IFIS Finance and W. Kruk are also located in this office building.

Taking advantage of the perfect location of Holland Park, KSP is planning to carry out repair works in order to raise building’s standards. The KSP's aim is repositioning of estates and establishing a reference point for the highest standards accepted on the CEE market,” says Piotr Krawczyński, Managing Director and Board Member at Kulczyk Silverstien Properties.
Holland Park was erected by ING Real Estate Development and commissioned in 1998. The complex is located at Trzech Krzyży Square, on the Royal Tour, in the close neighbourhood of the Warsaw's Stock Exchange, Sheraton Hotel, the Parliament and other government administration buildings. Holland Park comprises two buildings: the first is higher with six storeys, while the second called "Piano" is smaller.

The purchaser is planning to carry out repair works and building's development in line with requirements of BREEAM Environmental Certification. According to the company's plans commercial space on the ground floor is to be extended.
