Rockspring Property Investment purchased Atrium International Business Center situated in Warsaw. The transaction is a part of the company’s strategy to buy commercial real estates in key European cities.
Atrium International Business Center is a complex with a Total office space of 12 th sq m. Its lessees are i.a. Reuters, Dago and BZ WBK.
Over the past couple of months Rockspring added to its portfolio a warehouse in Dortmund, logistics centers in Stockholm and Olympia Shopping Centre in Brno. In the last transaction the buyer was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle.
