Schneider Electric Poland is the first tenant of the Development Park complex. 700 people will work on 7.000 sqm of the hired space.
The main reason for changing Warsaw presmises of Schneider Electric Poland was the need for larger office space for our quickly developing organisation and the will to gather all our employees in one location in Warsaw. Schneider Electric is one of the leaders in balanced development and efficient energy management. That is why, we wished to find an object which would go with the company's philosophy and its image. The Development Park will live up to our expectations best. The fact that we co-operate and understand perfectly with Echo Investment has facilitated the decision. The Development Park complex is carried out by Echo Investment. It offers 32.000 sqm of A-class modern office space in two buildings. It is located in 10 Konstruktorska Street in Warsaw. During the transaction, Schneider Electric was represented by Colliers International.
The whole process was quite complex. It required the consolidation of three locations, which leases ended at different times. However, Schneider's flexible attitude and Echo Investment professionalism helped finalised the transaction swiftly and successfully – emphasizes Paweł Skałba, Colliers International Partner, Office Space Department.
The process of complex construction is divided into two stages. First stage is going to be completed in the first quarter of 2014, the second in the second quarter of 2015.
