German concern Carl Zeiss leased 1000sqm of office space in Malta Office Park - an investment executed by Echo Investment. Company is supposed to locate its finance-accounting centre there. It will mean creating about 100 new work places.
Carl Zeiss company deals with professional optics. Its an international entrepreneur operating within modern technologies, it has also a precision mechanics workshop. Its history reaches to 1846. Main plants of Carl Zeiss are in its parent Jena and Oberkochen. Company has 16 factory units, 40 own daughter companies and over 100 agencies. It has been running in Poland for 10 years.
Malta Office Park complex consists of six buildings which offer almost 31 000sqm of space totally. Structure has been equipped in underground parking and aboveground with 600 parking spaces. Modern technological solutions within safety and access control were applied in the building. Architectonic studio Litoborski-Marciniak from Poznań was responsible for the architectonic project.
The execution of the building started in 2007 and was divided into three stages. First stage was completed in December 2008, second stage was completed at the beginning of fourth quarter 2010 when the beginning of complex III has started at the same time.
Leaseholders of the complex are companies such as McKinsey, Samsung Electronics Polska, Ikea, Altkom Akademia, Mentor Graphics, Roche Polska, AXA, Lexum, Medicover, Pramerica Życie, Allianz, Martela, OCE Poland, Raiffeisen, Żagiel, Eaton Electric, Panorama Finansów, Akademickie Inkubatory Przedsiębiorstw, IFS.
