Globe Trade Center S.A. has concluded the extension of lease contracts for ofice spaces in Globis building in Poznań and Wrocław asw well as in Centrum Biznesowe GTC in Cracow. The deals concern over 10 000 sqm. in total.
Hewlett-Packard company shall remain in Wrocław's Globis building, renting 6 600 sqm. of office space. HP has also secured the option of leasing additional space in the planned extension of the building. GTC's investment in Wrocław offers close to 16 000 sqm. and was completed in year 2008. It is currently completely rented out.
LUX MED medical center has decided to extend the lease contract of 1 500 sqm. in Poznań's Globis building. This structure is GTC's first investment outside of Warsaw, it has been completed in 2003. Almost the entire available area in the building- 14 000 sqm. - has been rented out.
Centrum Biurowe GTC in Cracow consists of three buildings: Galileo, Newton and Edison with a total office space of over 32 000 sqm. The complex has been completed in year 2007. Three companies have extended their lease contracts here. Raiffeisen Bank remains on 1 000 sqm., Citi Handlowy on 700 sqm. and Ergomed on 300 sqm. The entire available area in the business center has been rented out.

It operates in office, retail-entertainment and apartment properties sector. It has around 647 000 sqm. of commercial area and its assets are on the level of 2.2 billion Euro.
