Łódź's University Business Park on Wólczańska 178 St., near Politechnika Łódzka grounds, offers its lessees over 18 000 m2. Eventually, the entire complex is going to improve the voivodeship capital's commercial area portfolio with over 37 000 m2.

Golden Floor, the new lessee in University Business Park, rents modern rooms for organising events such as conferences, banquets and training. Up till now, the company has been operating in Warsaw's Atrium and Plaza buildings. Thanks to the lease contract signed with University Business Park's owner, Golden Floor is now going to offer its services in Łódź as well.
