The circle of office space leaseholders in Gdańsk's Arkońska Business Park complex has expanded by the inclusion of a telecommunication operator - Netia Sa company. During the choice of location the leaseholder was being assisted by a consulting agency operating on commercial property market , Jones Lang LaSalle.
The company is going to occupy 558 sqm. of area in a commisioned in 2010 building A4 - one of five of which the complex consists of. Workers should move into the new premise in march 2012.
