Experts in commercial property management sector gathered in the Courtyard Hotel by Marriott on November 16. More than 250 people, dealing with office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses and industrial plants, took part in the Commercial Property Managers Congress.
During the meeting there was an exchange of knowledge and experience of management between experts. Thanks to the exhibition, one could see the products and solutions for the industry. At the same time everyone present had the opportunity for direct contact with suppliers of products and services, and to ask questions and receive advice.
Congress allowed the explanation and the solution of contemporary problems related to the management of commercial real estate industry during the lecture.
The first lecture, led by an expert in the field of property restoration after fire and flooding, touched issues of claims settlement caused by events such as fires, which can occur in commercial buildings. Next presentation discussed the control of installations applied in buildings.The problem of minimizing energy consumption and ensuring comfortable conditions at the facility was also discussed. The next lecture, dedicated to the optimization of real estate management costs through the integration of building systems, has been led by an expert in the field of building automation.
The participants also learned about the smoke venting thanks to the lecture of the expert in the field of fire protection systems and smoke control systems. The information systems were also discussed during this lecture. The next lecture, led by an expert in the field of environmental and sustainable roofing, was about roof insulation through the renovation of roofs with innovative technology.
The subject of the next lecture was efficient lighting solutions in commercial buildings. The automatic lights used in buildings and in their surroundings were presented. Further presentations related to sanitary and safety equipment and technical installations.
At the end of the meeting, participants received diplomas. The next edition of the Congress will be held in the spring of 2013.
