Klecina is a dynamically developing district in the south of Worcław. At ul. Wałbrzyska, the building Wałbrzyska Office Center will be built. It will be located near Centrum Bielany, a by-pass, the motorway A4 as well as recently developed housing investments.
Wałbrzyska Office Center will offer 2 000 sq.m. of the total area. 500 sq.m.of the area will be devoted to commercial premises located on the ground floor. The available offices will offer from 40 sq.m. up of office area. Users of the buildings will also have a chance to use 36 parking places (25 of which will be in an underground garage).
According to Rodis Development, the investor of Wałbrzyska Office Center, already at this stage, it is possible to adjust commercial and office space to a purchaser’s needs. Offices that fulfill the criteria allowing for any kind of business activity will be sold with an unfinished interior or, after negotiating it with a buyer, finished for a user.
The investment is due to be initiated in September 2012. The building is going to be put into useat the end of 2013.
