The research is being conducted within the international project, The Assessment of Office Spaces in East-Central Europe Countries. The commercial real estate markets in Poland, Austria and Slovakia will be analysed. Apart from Cracow University of Economics, the participants of the project include: Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien and Slovenská Technická Univerzita v Bratislave. In Poland, the research is conducted by researchers from the Department of Real Estate and Investment Process, led by prof. dr hab. Stanisław Belniak.
The researchers conduct the examination by means of the Internet survey, intended solely for tenants of office spaces. The survey is entirely anonymous and its completion should not exceed 15 minutes. If you want to take part in the project, please contact us by email: gluszakm@uek.krakow.pl
