Olimp Restaurant, property of Gastromall Group, will occupy about 400 sq. m of the area of the Enterprise Park. This facility will be running self-service in weighing system. The restaurant will be available also to clients from outside.
Apart from the restaurant, Avestus Real Estate plans a range of other facilities for the staff working in the office building. The investor emphasizes that special attention has been paid to the cyclists. Employees that come to the Enterprise Park on bicycles will be able to use specially built cycle lanes, which will make communication between the buildings easier. What’s more, there are plans of creating a parking area for single-track vehicles with a system of monitoring. The cyclists will be also able to use changing rooms and bathrooms dedicated especially to them.
The facilities for cyclists are not the only proecological solutions in the Enterprise Park. Maciej Gołębiewski, the Rental and Marketing Director in Avestus Real Estate, says: Apart from facilities dedicated to people who use alternative means of transport, we have implemented many other proecological solutions. We have planned broad areas of vegetation (as much as 40% of the complex’s area are green areas), our own well to water the plants, or efficient and cost-effective cooling, heating and lighting systems that meet the strict criteria included in the BREEAM specification.
