In practice, the shareholder of one share of Impel SA by virtue of its having received 3.2109 shares of Vantage Development SA.
Debut on the Polish stock exchange is a part of the investment strategy of the company. The main aim of the transaction is to support an organisational structure and market position of the Vantage Development.
Vantage Development SA is a developer operating mainly in the Wroclaw market. The company specializes in office and housing projects. Vantage Development belongs to Polish Association of Developers and West Chamber of Commerce in Wroclaw. Impel Group is the biggest in Poland group connecting companies from service sector.
Currently the company develops three projects linked to office buildings: office retail and service building Delta 44 on 44 Dąbrowskiego Street, Promenady Epsilon in the newly created district Promenady Wrocławskie and Gamma Office. The second one should be put into use this summer.
