Platinum Project II obtained the zoning approval for its commercial investment situated on Obornicka Street in Poznań.
An office building with services, an underground car park and a storage reservoir will be built on the 0,5 hectare plot. The complex will offer almost 10 000 sq. m of office space.
The plot is owned by Platinum Project II, a subsidiary of Platinum Properties Group.
