Cerasanit and iQor have renewed their lease contracts concerning office space at Park Rozwoju whereas Schneider Electric is about to increase the occupied space and lease over ¼ of the building. All three contracts were signed for 5 years. Total office space amounts to ca. 2400 sqm.
The lease renewals by Cersanit and iQor as well as expansion of Schneider Electric prove that Park Rozwoju meets high expectations of tenants due to exceptional location, unique values of the project and execution of our strategy within which we create a friendly work and relaxation place surrounded by greenery – says Sylwia Piechnik, Head of Office Leasing at EPP.
Park Rozwoju, which belongs to the portfolio of EPP, is situated at Konstruktorskiej Street in Warsaw on the area of the Business Mokotów. Two 7-floor buildings deliver 31 000 sqm of office space class A to the market. The main assets of the complex are: convenient location well-communicated with other districts of the city, innovative architecture and green areas, for instance, internal courtyards full of greenery. Additionally, EPP declares that it is about to plant 1 tree for each 1000 sqm of office space leased. Last year, the company delivered the goods and 11 trees were planted.
Park Rozwoju received BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
