The investment belongs to Spark complex, which comprises 3 buildings in the Warsaw’s Wola district at the crossroads of Okopowej Street and Solidarności Avenue.
Spark C offers about 13 000 sqm of office space. There are 86 parking spaces on the area of the complex. Both developer and general contractor is Skanska, the main tenant of the complex. The company is known from introducing innovative technologies, thus Spark is the first building in Central and Eastern Europe with a dedicated mobile application and website platform. Other innovative facilities applied on the area of the complex are: entrance authorization to the building via smartphone or parking system that recognizes number plates and informs drivers where to park their cars.
The building is adjusted to the disabled and it’s scheduled to meet the certification requirements within the WELL standard. The solutions applied in the investment are designed to have a positive impact on health and well-being of its users. The example is an intelligent building management system as well as temperature control, light intensity and air humidification systems.
KGAL Investment Management GmbH & Co. is the owner of the building from December 2018.
