Luppo Puppo launched its first branch in the Promenady Business Park office complex in December 2017, combining a kindergarten and nursery in one premises of the size amounting to ca. 290 sq. m. After the expansion, both kindergarten and nursery will be divided. They will occupy over 700 sq. m in ZITA. The owner of the building – Vantage Development – was represented by Knight Frank during the negotiation process concerning additional space for Luppo Puppo.
