The Embassy of Norway has temporarily relocated its head office to Focus, where it’s leased nearly 700 sq. m. The Embassy has been operating in this new place since April, 30, 2018. It was represented by Knight Frank during the negotiations of lease conditions.
We’re really satisfied about finding this functional office space in close proximity to our permanent head office at Chopina 2A Street – says Olav Myklebust, Ambassador of Norway in Poland.
A real challenge for us was to find the right head office for the Embassy due to additional means of precaution required for such an activity as well as prestige and representative character of the building. We’ve managed to find all these factors in Focus, whose owner was really helpful during preparing the right offer for our customer – says Hamish Potts, Associate Director in Tenant Representation Department at Knight Frank.
Focus is situated at Lecha Kaczyńskiego Street in Warsaw. The location provides a good access to employees who use public communication. There are numerous bus stops, tram line and metro line in close proximity to the office building. This investment offers ca. 34 000 sq. m on 12 floors. The project was prepared by APA Kuryłowicz & Associates architectural studio.
