Nuvalu Poland is a consulting company that operates on the commercial real estate market. The company continues its expansion by launching a new office. After Tricity, Wrocław and Poznań, it’s high time for Krakow. Krakow is the second largest office market, after Warsaw, in Poland as well as the largest BPO/SSC/IT/R&D center in our country. It has a great potential for further growth. We’ve been operating on this market for quite a long time. One of our key projects is re-commercialization of some part of a business park in Zabierzów, which has been taken over by a new owner in recent months. The natural consequence of continuing commitment is launching a new regional office. Marcin Gawlik will be responsible for development of Nuvalu in Little Poland.
