Polska Bezgotówkowa Foundation specializes in expansion of payments cards acceptance network in Poland. It has signed a lease contract pertaining to 265 sq. m of office space in Centrum Królewska situated in Warsaw. The owner – Grupa Rezydent – was represented by the international consulting company Cushman & Wakefield whereas the tenant was advised by Kancelaria Brochocki during the negotiations.
Centrum Królewska is one of the most representative office buildings in this part of Warsaw. The standard of this building and the applied safety solutions have met our requirements, thus we have chosen this particular location out of several other analyzed positions – says Mieczysław Groszek, Chairman of the Board of Polska Bezgotówkowa Foundation.
Centrum Krakowska is a modern office building which offers ca. 7000 sq. m of leasable space. This investment is situated in the strict city center in close proximity to Dworzec Centralny and metro station.
Polska Bezgotówkowa Foundation was founded in summer 2017 by the Polish Bank Association. Its main goal is to manage the means for expansion of payment cards acceptance networks in the whole country. This program is financed by the banks of payments cards’ issuers, VISA and MasterCard payment organizations and paying agents. It is also supported by the Ministry of Development.
