Dyskret Poland has finalized the sales transaction of Vinci Office Center in Krakow. The company was represented by the international consulting company Cushman & Wakefield. The office building is situated at Opolskiej Street in Krakow. This location allows for an easy and quick access to the Krakow airport, city center and railway station. There are also a public car park and bus stops in the neighborhood of this investment. Vinci Office Center delivers 20 400 sq. m of modern office space class A equipped with the most innovative telecommunication and safety systems.
Vinci Office Center was erected in 2010, whereas in 2011, this investment was awarded in the “Building of the Year 2010” competition organized by the Polish Association of Construction Engineers and Technicians in cooperation with the Ministry of Infrastructure and the General Office of Building Control in the category “Public Utility Buildings”.
Dyskret Poland is a Polish enterprise which implements new technologies within Integrated Safety Management Systems. It has been operating on the market of safety systems for 25 years. The company provides services as a general contractor and subcontractor of this investment.
