According to the report prepared by Knight Frank, the total resources of modern office space in Poland exceeded 9.6 million sq. m at the end of June this year.

Elżbieta Czerpak, Director of Market Research Department, Knight Frank: A good economic situation in Poland and favorable conditions for starting a new business are reflected in the condition of the office real estate market. The first six months of 2017 resulted in increasing demand for office space in the whole country and growing activity of developers on almost all key office markets. There are currently over 1.6 million sq. m of office areas under construction in the largest Polish cities, almost 600. 000 sq. m of which will be commissioned in the second half-year of 2017. |
