D48 had obtained a building permit 2 months before the commissioning. The tenants will start to move into this new office from October this year. D48 is the first office project by Penta Investments in Poland.
D48 offers over 26 000 sq. m of office space on 11 office tiers from Domaniewska Street and 8 office tiers from Postępu Street. The spacious terraces on the building provide a view of the city center in Warsaw. What is more, the neighborhood of the plot offers green areas with small architecture and a spacious patio for the future guests of the restaurant, which will be available for both the employees and the Varsovians.
An effectively arranged shape of the building, its location towards the sides of the world, height of premises in light as well as a fully glazed façade make that every office tier of D48 is maximally lighted with day light.
There are two car parks in the neighborhood of the office, which will both provide 480 parking spaces. The tenants have a 2-tier underground garage at their disposal whereas guests can use an aboveground car park. What is more, there will be dedicated places for charging electric cars on both car parks as well as stands for bicycles and changing rooms with showers for bicyclists.

D48 has already gained the LEED pre-certificate at the Gold level in the category: LEED® Building Design and Construction: Core and Shell Development. Savills consulting company is responsible for commercialization of the building.
