The building is situated at the crossroads of Skierniewicka and Siedmiogrodzka Streets in the Warsaw’s Wola district. A new office building with both service part and underground garage (13 000 sq. m) will be realized within the investment. Moreover, the existing office and warehouse building will be redeveloped.
The area intended for the investment is currently developed; there is a pre-war building situated on the plot, which is signed into the district register of monuments of the city of Warsaw. The building will be modernized and adopted to the modern standards with the recreated former elevation (in accordance with the conservator’s recommendations).
A new L-shaped building will have adjustable height of the tiers: -9 and 14 and it will be realized within the office and service complex Wola Retro placed deeply into the plot. The space between the old and the new development will be developed with an open courtyard. The completion of works is envisaged on the second quarter of 2019.
The value of this contract amounts to 125.02 million zlotys net, including the constant value amounting to 84.06 million zlotys and the time value of money, depending on the scope of works, in the amount of 40.95 million zlotys.
