Archicom is a developer who owns 16 per cent of shares on the commercial real estate market in Wrocław. At present, the company plans to introduce a new offer of office design under the name of City Forum. The developer has already obtained a valid decision concerning a building permit. The works will start in June. We can soon expect some first visualizations of the office.
City Forum is the sixth office project of Archicom. The office will be situated on the plot in the city center of Wrocław at the crossroads of Traugutta and Pułaskiego Streets. The prestigious location in the city center of Wrocław provides a perfect brand exposition to future tenants as well as comfortable working conditions and convenient access to their employees – says Tomasz Sujak, Member of the Board of Archicom SA.
City Forum will be a modern office class A awarded the LEED green certification. The complex will comprise of two 6- and 7-tier joined buildings, the total space of which will amount to ca. 24 000 sq. m. The investment will be conducted in two stages. The first stage will concern City One of the size amounting to more than 12 000 sq. m, the commissioning of which is planned at the end of 2018.
First and foremost, the commercial projects have to be complex – adds Tomasz Sujak, Member of the Board of Archicom SA. – Office is not only a working place any more, it is a real center of events, where employees spend the majority of their time – they work, they eat, they go to a doctor, or walk their children to a kindergarten. We can provide exactly such conditions in City Forum.
There will be a passage between the buildings, the area of which will be decorated with greenery and friendly relaxation zones. Additionally, retail premises are to be placed on the ground floors of the buildings, where e.g. café and canteen are to operate. The users of the office will have more than 280 parking spaces in the underground garages and outside at their disposal. There will be also facilities for bicyclists.
The building will be equipped with intelligent steering systems, supported with technologies which save water and electricity. The project will allow flexible arrangement of office space. It was devised by the architectural studio Dorota i Kazimierz Śródkowie. Archicom Sp. z o.o. – Realizacja Inwestycji Spółka Komandytowa, which belongs to Archicom Group, will be responsible for general contracting.
