The lease contracts renegotiated with the two multiannual tenants of the 32-floor office – Warsaw Financial Center (WFC) – pertained to more than 4400 sq. m of office space class A.
Warsaw Financial Center (WFC) renewed a lease contract with Kompania Piwowarska. The company owns ca. 36 per cent of the Polish beer market. Kompania Piwowarska decided to renew its lease contract for the next 3 years. The office of the company occupies two floors of the total size amounting to 3846 sq. m.
The second tenant who decided to renew its lease contract in WFC is to stay in the office at least for the next 5 years. The company is to occupy its foregoing office of the size amounting to 564 sq. m.
Warsaw Financial Center is situated at the crossroads of Emilia Plater and Świętokrzyska Streets. This 32-floor office building offers 50 000 sq. m of leasable areas class A+ in total. The portfolio of tenants includes more than 60 Polish and international companies of the financial and FMCG industry, legal offices and banks. From the end of 2012, upon the joint venture agreement, the owners of WFC are Allianz Real Estate and Curzon Capital Partners III, which is an investment fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners.
