5 chosen companies will receive support from the partners within Urba Quest. This year’s edition of the event started on 13 March under the heading “Start-ups today, corporates tomorrow. Creating office buildings of the future.” The entries can be sent by the end of 7 April this year. All distinguished start-ups are to receive product and business mentoring. The last stage of the program will consist in selection of three laureates by the organizers, who are going to present themselves during European Start-up Days in Katowice on 11 May.
It is the first time when a global leader of the developer industry announces a program for start-ups on such a scale. I am glad that not only Skanska chooses Poland as a market on which it is going to search for start-ups to implement them for itself, but also that this company chooses Business Link to such cooperation. I am convinced that Polish start-ups are going to show that they can add great value to this global corporation, which hires more than 40 thousand people with the incomes above 15 billion euro – says Dariusz Żuk, CEO of Business Link.
The needs of 4 different groups of users will be taken into consideration while searching for innovative solutions. Except for innovations related to comfort of office users, facilities for guests visiting a given building as well as the disabled, who use common areas, and co-workers will also be assessed.
