Nearly the entire first phase of the investment (ca. 3000 sq. m) is almost totally rented by tenants. At present, detailed negotiations aimed at signage of lease contracts for the booked areas are in progress.
The first phase of the investment comprises two offices, the commissioning of which is envisaged for the third quarter of this year. Each of them is to offer 1500 sq. m of space in total. The next phase is to include the commissioning of the two other offices: office 3 of the total size amounting to 1500 sq. m and office 4 of the total space amounting to 6720 sq. m – says Patryk Litwiniuk, General Director of Litwiniuk Property Sp. z o.o. consulting company.
After several months of preparations, we can finally talk about the moment we have been waiting for – we are starting the construction. The newly erected buildings are to be awarded LEED certificate – one of the most important global certificates granted to the eco-friendly buildings. For that reason, we had to undertake a number of activities before the commencement of construction works – such as a proper selection of tools, preparation of an energetic balance sheet, and the security of the surrounding space. It is only the beginning, but, thanks to some extra efforts, we are able to offer such buildings to our tenants which are not only comfortable and modern, but which are made from natural materials with the application of pro-ecological solutions. Szczecin Business Plaza is to deliver 11 100 sq. m of usable areas class A. The building is situated at Południowa Street in Szczecin. The investor is Agatrans Multi Projekt Sp. z o.o. LLP, whereas the investment’s designer is IDS Architekci Sp. z o.o. The company which is exclusively responsible for lease/commercialization of Szczecin Business Plaza is Litwiniuk Property Sp. z o.o.
