The total available leasable area amounts to 9000 sq. m. It means that the commercialization level of the office part of the building reached 50 per cent. The developer has rented 80 per cent of commercial space so far. It is worth mentioning that STRABAG Real Estate is to locate a new registered office of its Polish department in the office. The investor of the building is to occupy the office of the size amounting to nearly 500 sq. m on the third floor.
