Ethos was awarded in 10 categories. The so called multi-criteria process included e.g. impact on health and well-being, energy and water consumption, management, or ecology.
As the main investor, we have undertaken actions aimed at increasing work comfort inside the building, which was officially confirmed by BREEAM, as well as enhancement in attractiveness of the neighborhood. We actively participate in works for Coalition for Revitalization of Plac Trzech Krzyży (Three Crosses Square). Together with a dozen or so entities, we want to create living public space, which will use the potential of this beating heart of Warsaw as the only true big-city square of the capital – says Maciej Zajdel, Member of the Board of Kulczyk Silverstein Properties.
Ethos is to be commissioned in the second quarter of 2017. Construction works on development and thorough revitalization of the building are currently being conducted. After completion of construction works, the complex is to offer more than 17 000 sq. m of office space class A and modern trade area. Savills is responsible for lease of office space in the building.
We are very glad about awarding BREEAM Excellent to Ethos. We are conducting talks with tenants, for whom certification, effectiveness and comfortable work environment are of great importance. Ethos is a building situated in a prestigious location, which is to offer unique conditions to tenants, whereas the certificate is confirmation of high quality – says Dorota Ejsmont, Director of Tenant Representation Department, Savills.
