The company will move into the Warsaw Artico office in the second half of 2017. CBRE Corporate Outsourcing is going to arrange the office space in accordance with the concept of flexible office and thus prepare it for more than 750 employees.
Preferences of present employees of the company were taken into consideration while preparing a design of CBRE House. The dialogue with them was to determine real needs related to arrangement and location of the office. Office space is one of the aspects that attract new talents to the organization, that supports their optimal development. I am convinced that this new registered office will drive creativeness and innovativeness of our employees – says Aleksandra Kolenda, Director of Operations, CBRE Corporate Outsourcing.
The interior of CBRE House will be arranged in such a way to adjust the working zone to team work. Thus, as we may read on the website of the company: the interior of CBRE House will be arranged in accordance with the international character of the organization. There will be chillout rooms, spacious dining room, places for informal meetings, including coffee points as well as game and relaxation zones.
Artico is being realized in the Warsaw Mokotów district at Abramowskiego Street. The structure offers more than 7500 sq. m of office and service space class A to its tenants. The building is applying for the BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level. It will be commissioned in the fourth quarter of 2017.
