An official opening of the Tensor office complex situated in Gdynia was held on 9th June this year. A developer of Tensor is Euro Styl. In the event took part people strictly related to this investment and local authorities of the city of Gdynia, potential and present tenants of the buildings X and Y and commercial agents.
A host of the event – Deputy Chairman Mikołaj Konopka – welcomed all guests gathered during the opening. He emphasized that it is the first commercial project of Euro Styl in Gdynia. At present, 90 per cent of space is rented in Tensor taking signed agreements and letter of intent into account. Regarding advancement of the investment – that last out of three buildings of Tensor will be completed in the following year, which is a very good result – added Konopka.
Each of the guest had a chance to see the building X, e.g. common part of the structure as well as arrangement of space of one of its tenants – that is Best company.
Tensor is being realized in Gdynia at Łużycka 8 Street in close proximity to Szybka Kolej Miejska Redłowo (Fast Urban Railway Redłowo) and planned Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway (Stadium). The total leased area of the complex will amount to 19 750 sq. m. The office X delivers 4960 sq. m, the office Y – 8190 sq. m, and the office Z – 6600 sq. m. Moreover, 450 parking places will be given at tenants’ disposal. The complex will be awarded BREEAM certificate at least at Very Good level. First tenants of the office are: Maersk, Best, Thai Union, PPG, ADVA Optical Networking and Loconi Intermodal.
