A global leader which specializes in industrial automatics will occupy 7000 sq. m within the third stage of the office complex A4 Business Park, which is being realized by Echo Investment in Katowice. It is the biggest lease contract concerning office space in Katowice this year.

A4 Business Park is a complex which is being realized at Francuska Street in Katowice. IBM IT concern rented around 9000 sq. m of modern office space commissioned within the first stage (and completed in the first quarter of 2014). The main tenant of the second stage, which includes a building with the size of 9000 sq. m, is PKP Cargo. Rockwell Automation joined the group of key tenants of the complex.
